Start a workout and enable Coach. Say “Hey Coach” to your iPhone. After the cue, say “185 for 8 reps, RPE 9, RIR 1” through your headphones. Coach transcribes the details and adds set 3 to your active bench press workout: 8 reps at 185 pounds, RPE 9, RIR 1. Your phone stays locked.

“I’m gassed. What should I aim for on hack squat?”
Coach Huberbro
Aim for 220 lb × 8.
Your recent hack squat sets were 225 × 8 and 225 × 7. Since you’re feeling fatigued, leave 1–2 reps in reserve today.
“What did I bench last time?”
Coach Huberbro
3 sets, 135x10, 185x8 and 205x6
That’s an extra rep on 205 compared to your last bench session before that
“What should I train today and why?”
Coach Huberbro
Make it a squat-led lower day.
Start with 3 primary sets of hack squat, then 2–3 sets of seated leg curl. Finish with calves and/or core for around 8–10 total primary sets.
“From the friction free logging to the valuable insights after each work out and each week…”
Illustrative training example. Bench press top sets, all at 225 pounds, reported RPE 8, with 3-minute rest. Two weeks ago: 8 touch-and-go reps. Last week: 6 reps with a 2-second pause. This week: 7 reps with a 2-second pause.
Coach compares the two paused sets: 6 to 7 reps at the same load, pause, and reported effort. Next session, aim for 8 reps at 225 pounds with a 2-second pause, around RPE 8.

Can I keep my current training program?
Yes. Keep your split, exercises, and progression plan. Log the work you already do, then use Coach’s feedback to help decide what comes next.
What will Coach know when I first start?
Coach works from the workouts you log in Huberbro and the context you share. Start with your next session, or add past workouts by pasting notes or importing a photo. As your history grows, Coach has more to compare.
How does it work with my phone locked?
Start a workout, select your exercise, and enable Coach. You can then lock your iPhone. Say “Hey Coach” near your phone, wait for the cue, and speak through your headphones. You can log a set or ask a training question. Read answers in Coach.
Will it work in a loud gym?
Coach supports Bluetooth headphones. Keep your iPhone close enough to hear “Hey Coach,” then wait for the cue before speaking your set clearly. Gym noise and microphone placement can affect capture.
What can I log by voice?
Weight, reps, exercise names, RPE, RIR, warmups, dropsets, tempo, and your own notes—even details like “pause reps on the last two.”
Can I correct a set?
Yes. Edit a set during your workout or later in your exercise history. Your log stays in your hands.
