Huberbro Privacy Policy

Huberbro is operated by LEit Technologies LLC. We built the product to remove friction from logging workouts, and that includes protecting the data you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have for controlling it.

What we collect

  • Account data: name, email, and Apple ID identifiers required for authentication and subscription management.
  • Training logs: exercises, weights, reps, notes, timestamps, and insight outputs generated by the app.
  • Voice data: wake-word detection runs on-device. After Huberbro detects the wake word, it records the workout command or question you choose to speak. That audio may be transcribed both on-device and through our backend using OpenAI. Resulting transcripts, workout entries, and AI outputs may be retained with your account.
  • Support interactions: messages or emails you send to our team.
  • Diagnostics: minimal technical data such as app version, device model, OS version, and error logs to debug issues and improve reliability.

How we use data

  • Logging your workouts and generating session and weekly insights.
  • Delivering product updates, support responses, and critical service announcements.
  • Improving accuracy and reliability of our parser and insight models.
  • Fulfilling legal requirements, billing, and fraud prevention.

How voice processing works

Huberbro listens for its wake word on your device. Once you activate Voice Coach and speak a command or question, the captured audio may be processed in parallel on your device and by Huberbro's backend, which uses OpenAI for speech-to-text and AI features. Data sent to our backend is encrypted in transit. Raw audio is used to fulfill the request and is not added to your workout history; the resulting transcript, structured workout data, and AI outputs may be stored to provide your account history and product features. You can use manual workout logging instead of Voice Coach.

Subscriptions and receipts

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to securely validate purchase receipts and manage entitlements. RevenueCat provides anonymized identifiers and transaction data that help us confirm your active subscription and prevent fraud. We do not receive your full payment information.

Sharing and third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with vendors who help us operate the service—for example, OpenAI (speech transcription and AI features), Apple (billing), RevenueCat (subscription validation), Supabase (secure storage and authentication), service providers that host our backend, and error/diagnostic tooling. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver their services.

Retention

Workout history and account data are kept while your account remains active. You can request deletion at any time; once processed, workout logs and associated insights are removed from our systems within 30 days unless we are required to preserve them for legal reasons.

Location of processing

We process and store data in the United States. Our sub-processors may also process data in the United States.

Your rights

  • Access your data or request an export.
  • Delete your account and associated training logs.
  • Update subscription and contact preferences.
  • Choose manual workout logging instead of Voice Coach.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account revokes access and permanently removes your training logs and associated insights after processing.

Children

Huberbro is not directed to children under 16. If we learn that a user under 16 has registered without parental consent, we will remove the account and associated data.

Updates

We may revise this policy as we ship new features. When we make material changes we will notify you in-app or by email and update the effective date above.
